Placing an order
Selecting a product in the boutique does not mean you have directly ordered it. Your order only becomes definite once you have selected one or more products, provided your personal details and given a payment order. When you place an order you enter into a sales agreement with André Rieu Productions B.V. to which the Sales Procedure and Conditions apply. Once your order has been received, you will receive an email from us confirming your order. Therefore you must have an email address to place an order. If you do not receive an email within two hours of placing your order, something may have gone wrong.

Membership
The cost of taking out Gold Membership is an annual amount. The subscription will not be automatically renewed.
In some circumstances André Rieu Productions BV makes use of a mailing list. By taking out Membership (Free or Gold) you are agreeing that we can send you the André Rieu newsletter and add your email address to our mailing list. Each mailing contains instructions on how to remove yourself from that list.

Applicable law
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
